We throughly enjoyed having Marcus come to our home to cook for my 70th birthday dinner for my family of eight. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Marcus also took into account that we had two people with dietary restrictions. Our dinner consisted of an artichoke-spinach dip with toasted bread, a romaine salad with blue cheese crumbles, a beef tenderloin; cooked to perfection, augratin potatoes, glazed carrots and a huge chocolate cake with a light peanut butter filling with chocolate buttercream frosting. He plated and served each of us at the table, and while we were eating cleaned up the kitchen. Everything was so delicious.
