Marcus and his crew prepared a 60th birthday dinner for 24 of my buddies. I have heard from many of the guys who attended and their comments were that the food was “awesome,” “terrific,” and “incredible.” One of the guys just asked if Marcus could cook for us on an out-of-town bike trip this Fall. When I submitted my project on Thumbtack Marcus quickly responded. I was a bit hesitant to follow up because he is 100 miles away. When he called to discuss the dinner, I expressed my concern about the distance and whether it would work for him. He assured me that it was not a problem. He and had several back and forth about the menu and the type of appetizers. What we ended up with was perfect for the dinner. And my friends certainly enjoyed it. I do not think there was a morsel of food remaining Of course, I would definitely seek out Marcus again for a similar dinner. If you are within 100 miles of Louisville, you should do the same.
